One of this week's specials is a Roasted Garlic & mixed herb pain au levain (naturally leavened bread). With the delicious combination of sweet and rich roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and the blend of herbs, the result is an enticing crusty loaf with the flavours of the Mediterranean! Ingredients: WHEAT flour (fortified with calcium carbonate, nicotinamide, iron, thiamine), water, garlic, olive oil, RYE flour, sea salt, sage, marjoram, thyme, oregano, basil.
