A super-light and airy focaccia infused with the delicious flavours of the Med, with extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic, tomato, red onion and herbs running through the dough of this focaccia (rather than just the topping as a traditional focaccia!). Works really well when cut into slices and served as a snack (great as part of a mezze board), or divided into 6 or 8 and enjoyed for lunch! This is a very large focaccia, and will provide approximately 6-8 generous servings!
Serving Ideas/Tips!
- Works really well when sliced horizontally and spread with hummus or guacamole with roast veg as a filling (or whatever filling you choose!) - it's filling enough to enjoy for tea!
- Try dipping in balsamic vinegar (or a mix of balsamic, olive oil and sea salt)
Best eaten on day of delivery (but also enjoyable on the following day!)

Ingredients: Wheat flour, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, red onion, cherry tomatoes, garlic, tomato puree, salt, yeast, oregano, thyme.
Semolina may be used to dust trays/tins, and small traces of vegetable/rapeseed oil used to line trays/tins.

Best eaten on day of purchase, but this bread freezes very well! Simply cut into slices and each wrap well in cling film or seal in a freezer bag and freeze on day of purchase. Allow to defrost IN the bag or cling film for 2-3 hours at room temperature (or until completely defrosted).
