CHRISTMAS SPECIAL: Orange & Cinnamon Couronne (Available on Tuesday 23rd December)

This is my Orange & Cinnamon Couronne. Made from a delicious sweet enriched dough and filled with a blend of enticing Christmas flavours (think orange, cinnamon, mixed fruit, candied peel, cloves, allspice, ginger!) This is a very large wreath, it will provide several portions (approx 10-12 when cut into slices!) - it makes for a great centre piece on a table! Try serving with a glass of mulled wine, port or baileys! This is a very large couronne, providing approx 10-12 portions!

Best eaten on day of purchase (but also enjoyable on the following day!)

Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegan butter [Vegetable Oils [Sunflower oil, Palm, Linseed, Water, Salt], Natural Flavouring, Vitamin E, Natural Colour (Carotenes)], mincemeat [Sultanas, Currants, Raisins, Apple, Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Vegetable Suet (Palm Oil, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil), Orange Peel, Colour (Plain Caramel), Cinnamon, Coriander, Dill, Fennel, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, Lemon Peel, Sunflower Oil, Sultanas, Raisins, Candied Citrus Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, caster sugar, yeast, salt, orange oil,

Semolina may be used to dust trays/tins, and small traces of vegetable/rapeseed oil used to line trays/tins.
