I had an idea last year to begin developing some sweet focaccias, and so far this is my favourite! I love lemon drizzle cake, and this is my take on that using an enriched sweet focaccia dough! The light, open, spongey texture of the focaccia works so well in absorbing all the flavours of the sweet and zingy Sicilian lemons! \u003cstrong\u003eThis is for \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eslices\u003c\/span\u003e of lemon drizzle focaccia focaccia\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBest eaten on day of purchase. This bread freezes very well. Simply cut into slices, wrap well in cling film or seal in a freezer bag and freeze on day of purchase.
